12 Essential Qualities of a Student Leader

Leadership content designed for Gen Alpha. 12 sessions, 20 minutes each.

What if your students' leadership journey started with them seeing their leadership as part of something much bigger than themselves: God's Kingdom story? This 12-session series inspires students through real stories from young leaders and youth workers serving Christ around the world. Each session unpacks one essential quality of a Christ-centred leader through engaging videos produced specifically for Gen Alpha, followed up with authentic discussion and reflection prompted by the Next Gen talk sheet. Students are not only inspired by Christian leaders and equipped with leadership skills, but also activated to lead for the benefit of others. Fits right into your leadership program or student leadership team meetings, ready to go the moment you need it.

Testimonial

"Through GLS Next Gen, our students have been encouraged and equipped to lead where they are, making an impact on the people God has placed in their lives.

As one student shared, “I really enjoyed how the videos connected leadership with God and His teachings. They strengthened my relationship with Him while helping me understand what it means to be a leader.”

I'm happy to recommend the Next Gen resources to any ministry or organization looking to equip students to lead like Jesus."
